hi, if there are any resets on this team, can you without getting abusive explain the rationale behind it cos i just asked someone. Politely mind you, i'll name no names (not this clan) and they just got mad. i cannot get a decent answer. The forum boards just get insulting. I would like a decent discussion about it so i can understand.

People do itljust because they like to have better stats that mask over the fact they have lost more than they should do.

on the other hand, it shows a players most recent form, rather than a catalogue of games since the inception of the account. I dont mind resetters, it helps me out by seeing a more recent view of win percent etc.

but it is like being a ringer in a pool game, or a golfer lying about their handicap. the stat is meaningless. A boxer cant just write off their early ko defeats saying i was younger and not as good back then. you should stand by your results.

and finally my bit of sour grapes, i get a great player in a tourny win a couple of results against them and get 1.2 points then lose as i should (they are better than me and lose 4.2 points.

I do not understand the fairness to this (upon which I have come to expect the abusive responses of get a life, you take this too seriously) but i'm not the one resetting stats to make myself appear better.

I reset recently for no other reason than i no longer wish my stats to be high. I would happily revert to no points in tournaments. I don't think everyone should be tarred with the same brush as to say we want to make ourselves look good. I don't care what they are.

This is a rule break i believe while you are all rolling...1 swap per fixture.
