Can't really say that though as he deactivated and when he came back he had basically gone to UT so we had to release.

FYI - I am not changing the main FBL schedule just because 2 clans pulled out leaving MVP and SS double BYE's in fixtures. It has nothing to do with the specific clans getting a break, it was just the way the schedule fell unfortunately.

But the cup is easy enough to push back a week though

The normal schedule is fine anyway as Alan and Seb knew about it when it happened, Seb may not remember but it was posted about. Both captains where happy enough.

wanted to put an idea forward, its a long shot but something to promote attacking play but i was thinking a side competition of the following:

Straight Highest Run
US/9US/UK Runout/Golden Break (maybe 7 balling not sure yet)
Overall of the above (meaning all types excluding Straight).

its not like the super league where you get bonus points, you play matches as normal but if you get an announcement it goes into a table. if it doesn't work it can be scrapped easily without affecting FBL.

what your thoughts and i won't be offended if you don't like it

I personally don't like it mate but others may and if the majority do then so be it

Schedule- Leave it as it is. We have way too many games as it is, so a break is welcome.

Cup Playoff- Are Team Angry really saying that MVP should have to stick someone in that will definitely not be here and therefore get a free point? Come on guys, earn the win on the table.

Whoever came up with this tiebreak format in Season 2 obviously didn't think it through. Surely, no system should cause an automatic win for one team. Let's use common sense and allow active players to be put in. This is one of those occasions where rules SHOULD be changed during the season to avoid sillyness. Always remember that rules are created for a purpose. And the purpose of this one is surely not to give an autowin to one side.
An as you know I'm not the greatest fan of MVP, especially recently. But this seems clear to me.

With regards to MVP having 2 byes this set, we have no complaints we knew this was going to be the case.

As for this stuff regarding the cup and league runners applying common sense and getting abuse for it. It is laughable, matty has had more than enough reason to be anti MVP at the moment after recent events, yet he applied common sense, well done mate at least it shows you can split personal issues with running the league fairly for all teams that play.

Someone posted a while back that MVP were not bothered about cups, i can only speak for myself but i am happy if team angry would prefer to win points by not playing games to let them win as i can not be bothered with the crap anymore.
