Personally i think you are leaving because pixie decided to not make you a vice even though she said she would talk to Kenny about it. I'm sure Kenny would agree and he kind of already has that during the time he has been away due to moving and his health that Vipers would have folded by now if it wasn't for pixie and fry doing what they do.
