Right guys let me explain to you lot what has happened and the leagues response.

I couldn't get online on the day in question to add Kirk to the team and neither could Jimmy (me and him were in charge at the time). So I took it upon myself to phone mattywellie being a league runner to try get it sorted, I knew it would be a longshot as it all had to go through bluenose1872. Matty messaged bluenose1872 the team changes and thought no more of it as when I sent the teamlist through with Kirk's name on it it was accepted.

Kirk played his game and got a brilliant result for us, uncle_bob then went and had a moan to bluenose1872 and that result has been overturned. I expressed all this to bluenose1872 saying both league runners were aware I was unable to get on and I done as much as I could to inform both runners of the case and that Kirk was in the team.

Still the fact remains they are refusing to overturn the result.

Ahh well, good luck with MVP Kirk.


EDIT - Before anyone gets the wrong end of the stick, no bad feelings towards anyone involved just letting my team know what was going on.

Yes i received the message from Matty like he said he did send, as explained to you in a message a second ago and also to Matty i was busy at the time and didn't get around to it. Matty himself could have done this change just like any FBL runner can as they all have the access to do so on the site.

I also stated that some people had brought it to my attention i never gave any names.

Rules state that all team changes must be posted on team changes, that to me says even if it goes through a league runner in offline message. That was not the case and when myself and Matty discussed it more we both agreed the right thing had been done.

Just letting my team know what had been said, and no you never mentioned a name you are right, but I never said you told me who.

The way I see it you are saying you or matty could have posted the team change due to me not being able to get online, yet never even though I had take the time to message you off the site as I couldn't get on the site. So the way I see it it was a miss communication/error on runners part not that of me or Jimmy.

Just the way I see it, I understand your decision has been made I am just informing my team, and my FBL captain what is occurring as I said I would try sort it out and see what is going on in the last page.

I know what you are doing mate, i was just posting to update what you had said as it missed out some points, probably cause i had sent the message while you were typing out the forum post.

I wouldn't say there was a communication error either though as i did receive the message, but i was busy doing other things most of which was on the FCL site, i don't just drop something i am in the middle of doing when something else comes up.

I'll have a chat with Matty later on today about it hopefully. Oh and by the way if you have 800 fixtures to sort out i feel sorry for you
