I think it is a mixture of bad luck and also a bit of your own fault, i don't mean that in a harsh way as the bad luck part over powers the part about being your fault.

Yeh Zac! We were 2nd place in SL at one point! and were doing fine in FBL...now idk. I will be happy if we can hold on till end of season in 3 leagues! That is another thing, if we don't have a solid "base" as you said, and we are in 3 leagues, then it is a real challenge.

Yeah, i feel clans need a base of around 8-10 active players that incase the others don't get there games played they can sub in. Unfortunately you don't have that here. Which makes it difficult for you and to be honest the opposing clans you play.
I do feel if you are going to fold you should decide now so no more games are played that won't count.

If Colin wishes to do so then that is fine. You just need the players you have now to actually play their games and get it done and whilst doing that try and recruit to fill your team for the next fixture sets, don't take on people you know hardly anything about make sure they will play their games and on time then you should be fine till end of season.

Vipers couldn't handle three leagues at once so dropped out of SL when it was done.

All we need to do is sign a couple players, and we will be fine next set's! I will not fold! Unless i guess it is highly advised by more than 2 captains, or league runners.

If you can survive this drought in this set (mainly FCL just now) and say walk away with maybe one or two defaults then i think you will do fine, but you do need to find a few players to make sure that set five of FCL will go according to plan.

I think you can do it as long as you get a few players for the next games and that is the main reason i am not giving a league runner view on this just now as i think many people if they where runners would possibly tell you to maybe fold without thinking of the actual league first. Taking the league into account i am willing to see how things progress just now as long as the players you have can get the games done.

Sniper and Ads are named as captain. A captain can do what ever they want with the clan they captain and from what i have seen Ads hardly posts or does anything that a captain should do.

Ads is around so I still don't think just one of them deciding to fold it should count. There doesn't seem to be anything particular in the rules about folding but I suppose that's because its more based on individual clans which may indicate that specific clans need more structured systems in place to streamline their management. /offtopicrant

Yes he may be around but does he post often? do anything clan related like substitutions or swaps and everything else? No he doesn't do that anymore.
