Well technically it is for league clans only, as it is the clan league and chat. If that was not the case then there would be hundreds of people making clans just to "chat".

How do you propose to get clan experience if your sitting in a clan just to chat though. You dont have the experience so you would need to join a clan entering the league to get the experience so you could manage your clan in a season or more.

No, its "Clan and League chat" actually. Why do people insist on going into the technicalities of things? This site is meant to be for fun, not people thinking they are smart and ruining it for others. Correct me if i'm wrong but I personally can't see the problem. We are not just to chat either, I am hoping to arrange friendlies etc. Sorry if this clan bothers you but simply don't look at it if that's the case.

Don't see why you brought up people being smart or what ever and not once did i say this bothers me either .

Both clan leagues are starting soon so i dont think many clans will be interested in a friendly, there is a league called the Super League though ran by chris (moderator) as far as i know he is going to do another season of it and im sure you dont need experience for that league at all, i may be wrong though.

I personally have not played in it but from what i gathered people enjoyed it, it has a smaller format compared to the FCL and FBL which most enjoyed also.

Smaller format sounds more appealing to me to be honest now i need to get these guys whipped into shape muhahaha

I think it is something like three frames of the three main game type's. Also the teams are alot smaller to i think something like 5 or 6 players but you can have an A team and a B team. Meh confused me so i never took part in it
