Team Killer?

just had a thought probably won't be implemented but how about having team killer as a game mode? those who want free for all can play normal killer but this would be a team deatchmatch where you help teammates while trying to knockout the competition, the game ends when one team has been completely eliminated regardless of how many teammates are left.
If you miss and the guy before you was a teammate no life lost, if it was an enemy you lose a life.
maybe if your team pot black then your guy with lowest life gets a life.
don't know how rankings would work but im guessing that if your team won regardless of elimination you may get rank but setting up rooms would be the same, game cannot start unless you have 4 players and it must be even so players 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14.
Normal Room - site randomly pairs players up
Private Room - room owner can pair them individually

My idea is this: As the name suggests, team killer. You have the option to play in two teams of 2,3,4,5 (ie 4/6/8/10 man killer). When you join the game, you are given the option of joining team 1 or team 2, with a caption underneath telling you how many players were needed for each team, eg "Team 1: 3/4 players"
When both teams are full the game starts and the order of players is random, so you could be before a team mate or an opponent. This order could stay the same through the game or change each frame, dont know which would be better. Then the winning team is the one to kill all the other teams players. Normal killer rules apply, fouls are the same, player who pots black gets a life back, all start on 3.
Why do i think this would be good? It would add an extra dimension to the game of working with other people, eg setting team-mates up for safeties or opening the black up for a team member who is on 1 life etc.
This idea could easily be used by clans for competitions eg UT team all join team 1 and FSE team all join team 2.
How would ranking work? Say team 1 win, take average of team 2 players and all team 1 gain points for beating a player of that rank. take average of team 1 players and all team 2 players lose points for losing to a player of that rank.

Love this idea , maybe in 6 year nick will put it togeather and make it work

i think when it is rolled out in FBL Nick may want to see if it is popular and not just a fad.
i think there are enough game options,
you guys wanted doubles or a team game it is now available. in a competitive form
and if normal funkypool players want to play,, the game option already exists, the only thing is ranking and points, but who really cares its the fun fun fun element and competitive edge... that makes it work

I think seeing as the majority of people who have input on the forums are also involved in Leagues, it should be a good base for the entire site as a testing platform for this game type
