Awful positioning cost me a runout and the first 8us frame, then he gave me a chance in the second and i took it.

First frame of 9 ball I gifted after completely misjudging a tap in on the 8, second frame he was clearing and just couldn't quite get position he needed on a difficult shot to hand it to me.

First UK frame I broke, he potted one, then i was clearing. Did the hardwork then underhit on one of the last few balls when it was all set up and he made no mistake clearing.

Then he broke and the black skimmed the pocket, I tried clearing again and got it all wrong, left him with a clearance and he unluckily fouled one of my balls (just about). I made hard work of the black having a carry and losing position to leave pressure shot but thankfully got it.

Not sure how it was a draw, probably fair result but one of us had to be more clinical in taking the chances. Could've been a heavy scoreline if either of us had.

Ended up starting a little late so i was very rushed throughout and play was sloppy. Got enough to get us the win though he was unlucky in the end though just left without saying anything when i beat him, oh well

Back, even though it was rushed, was a good result against a good opponent, well capable of clearing any little mistake. Last season both our team's only managed a draw against them, so feels good to clinch a win for us in an even tougher league than last season.

Though he was in no way respectful and made simple mistakes and finds me lucky for that. If i didn't have to rush was an easy 5-1 win, and wouldn't have missed the easy runout chances. But i had to rush and he tried to use that to his advantage, just didn't work out in the end and he made simple errors in UK and i took advantage of that , clearing easy.

Was expected a 3-3 after the stupid errors i made rushing, but happy with the win because i was the better player.
