Sorry i am confused about this merging thing?

You mean having both the FCL and FBL on one site then lining up the deadlines basically? If so i dont see many people going for it with the deadlines being the same at all as they wanted them a week apart.

If im still here i don't really like the idea of merging both the sites unless there is some way to keep FCL and FBL stuff away from each other. FBL has more runners and those runners are not involved with the FCL so i would be reluctant to have them having access to that as well no offence guys.

I like the idea of only having 1 clan league but definately against having both formats brought together, only playing 1 clan at both formats in a fortnight doesnt appeal to me, what happens if a clan is in div 1 for FCL and Div 2 for FBL at the moment, how do you merge, plus this will double the length of the season, some people like me get bored during this short seasons, whats it going to be like when the seasons start lasting 4 months.

the leagues wouldnt be seperate, it would be one huge league, one opposing clan per fixture and the fixtures would be like this...

I agree with Alan, plus there is the fact that Fighting Eagles are division one in the FBL but will never play FCL (their words) makes it all awkward.

I actually like the idea.

I like that it would make the league longer but whats to stop the leagues just adding extra games say playing the same clan three times in a season. There you go the season is longer no merge needed if you see what i mean.

Surely there could be some sort of compromise?

Maybe when having the pre season friendlies, the teams that win go in division 1 the teams that don't go in division 2? Or something like the winners of each division in the both leagues at the minute go into division 1 and the other teams play off vs each other for the remaining spots?

Why should they though Mich, the FCL teams have earned there spots except UT as obviously they have just reformed.

Just think it would be a better league all around and reduce confrontations maybe, make it easier for players also.

Your in division two anyway and it wont change until you get promotion in both leagues. Fighting Eagles are FBL only though so that would make it weird there.

I see confrontations coming up more for it based on the fact as it would be on the same site with different runners in both leagues + different default panel it would be a shambles and probably confusing for some.

Do we really want the FBL runners bringing killer to the FCL, bad enough they have it without merging it with the FCL, Some of us can't stand the FBL at the moment due to killer so why would we want a merge. I say no thank you.

Ive been talking to mattywellie about this and have expressed my feelings as the spokes person of the FCL.

How ever i dont see this working for many reasons. I already spent time with Jema making sure we could run along side the FBL as people asked for that, i think this would be to much of a big step and could in future ruin the history of both leagues.

There wont be 2 leagues, the idea is 1 league with one set of runners and one default panel, play against one clan each fortnight at both formats, with results going on one table.

Join Leagues = No

The reason why some clans are having a problem is we now have 3 different clan formats, FCL, FBL and FSL teams who choose to play in them all end up with loads of games and find it hard to keep up with what format and who to play. You can also add in individuals and cup games above the main fixtures.

MVP chose not to play in FSL and if 2 games of killer continues in FBL it wont be long before we play in only one format or we might give FSL a try. No one forces you to enter all the different types, as a clan runner you can decide what is best for your clan. As a captain i would always enter FCL as i still believe it is the main and the most prestigious to win (in my opinion) other captains may see it differently and choose to do it differently (Example - Fighting Eagles not playing in FCL).

Joining leagues should never be an option, each league has its own individuality and thus captains should be responsible to choose what is right for their clan with the correct level of games that they can cope with, this should have have a large bearing as to which ones they enter. Instead of at the moment where most clans are entering all of them and then complaining they have too much fixtures.

shooters captain subs in and loses and all we are getting now is the game is invalid because shooters captain didnt post in the subs thread, sorry but I'm getting sick of this now and we are seriously considering pulling MVP out of the leagues, why would we want to play in leagues where people are out to spoil it for others.

Once again another member, and mod, ignoring our captain said the same thing just singling me out.

Your captain played the game lol, not our problem if shooters are breaking rules by not posting the sub in the subs thread, shooters need to learn to accept defeats.

Dw I know that if its against MVP in the "MVP league" no one will listen even if its against rules. So its all ok
