my partner was thinking of creating an account, but she has the desktop and i have my laptop.
If i played her from the same internet connection but different computers, would this make it look like I cheated if I won (or her god forbid lol)
Don't think im going to risk it either way lol.

ive spoke to nick about this as me and emma are in the same situation, pretty much, friendlies vs each other are fine, tournies vs each other are fine, a lot of ranked games vs each other are not

In a situation like this, using contact us to let admin know the situation never hurts.
As ant said, sticking to friendlies is the safest way, especially if your partner is just learning and the games are likely to be one sided. Once she gets as good as/better than you and the games are more equal, playing ranked should be fine too as it will be clear no cheating is going on.
I would always advise caution here as mistakes can be made on issues like this, but you should be fine .

As Antione said:
Just don't play loads of tourneys and ranked games together. Obviously the odd game is fine, but when you play game after game with the same people winning each time it does look a bit dodgey.
Nothing wrong informing admin either

tournies wouldnt matter mate as its a completely random draw, but it may become a problem if one player it purposely lettin their partner win
You should be fine.

I contacted admin about this when me and Jema where using the same IP address months ago, we could like Ant said play friendlies and tournaments. Only on occassions would we play ranked and then again it was usually 2 or 3 games. Admin were fine about it.

I have about 7 people that will play from my house (not all at the same time ofc) but many computers/laptops and i think we've had 3 people all playing together, had a few games of killer also played eachother in standard games and the most that has come of it is the admin doing their job by coming to the room and asking standard Q's
