wont happen "decision is final"...funny that seein as default wa reopened...erm :S
its a shame i cant comment on the default i have not seen it,
but does sound to me as if it could maybe looked at by three other default panelist like the fa do.

Appeal was made, looked at, end of really.
Default was opened after an edit was made so i could work out the new average including the edit.
