He did so as a Vice Captain, only Captains may release players.

dextr i am sorry for having you on my ignored list i don't have anything against you and therev but last nite i join the 8us tourny you and him were on that tourny as well first round i got therev we both didn't say gl or anything but since i beat him on the first frame he start talking rubbish to me i didn't answer back then i beat him again on the 2nd frames and he said i am poor sord of a player he said he hopes my team fold down a part and he is gonna continued taking players away from me till my team goes down he said i can't captain a team and just a rubbish kid lol all i answer back to him was this "hahaha" after that he said as soon as i find cityfan84 online am gonna talk rubbish to him from you so he quit well the next round up it was rite before i join our room i put you on my ignored list coz of what happen against therev i really wish you both all the best luck on here and remember am here to play pool thats all what ever u both do care less thx hope this ends here

Does your keyboard have punctuation on it? Normally it is to the right of the "m" key; it would make your 200 or so words much more understandable.
