He is covered by the Transfer Deadline rule (1.11). No transfers/new signings allowed after the end of fixtures 9 & 10 - which was about 10 days ago I think. If you're in at that point you are still in - subject to not contravening any other rule as well.

I believe he was on tea sheet when fixtures got released originally .

They are back but really if u fold u should be folded and certainly shouldn't be able to play the game but hey ho.

Agreed, it's certainly not ideal. The only mention of them folding was on an FCL thread.

If I learn that they have then clearly they will be evicted.

it was not discussed with all members! before the post was made, it was retracted and me and strickluck8 are looking after the team for the future.

First of all there was no message sent secondly I will play the game so please don't try and make out that I'm trying to get out of it, it doesn't have to be discussed with all members it's captain that makes the decision, I've read the rules just waiting for angry to fold then come back in two days when it suits us like :-)

sorry mat, your right, my apologises, i thought i had as sent a few lately but seriously mate im just trying to stop a team from folding? thought that was a good thing? as everyone keeps commenting on teams folding etc etc. but point taken mate i will be home later to play if you want?
