Can somebody confirm this for me, but surely as rustybmf was last captain of the pool sharks name and debatably was responsible for how good poolsharks worked, this makes pool sharks his name to give away or not to give away?

im not debating you didnt make poolsharks..
but what i am debating is that surely rustybmf needs to give permission as it is arguable that he is the only reason poolsharks has become a successful name.
surely he should have to give permission as im sure everyone agrees, when you think of MVP you think AB

It is solely up to the creator/founder if a team is allowed to be re built, so as Sniper was the creator he has the right to do so. Past captain dont matter

uggh, nothing against sniper, we are good buds.
but surely the guy that is responsible for the poolsharks' good name surely should be the guy that owns the clan.
