Right come on guys, lets get motivated.

I, as cappy, have been a bit sloppy recently but now im putting my serious hat on, lets get these fixtures done and lets work hard at getting us some points.

At the end of the season we want a record we can all be proud of, so no more aggro and more focus on getting us some titles yeh!?
