But rules can't be broken so he wouldn't be able to move until transfer window, if "special circumstances" are allowed no point in having rules set, this is not me arguing or trying to be pedantic this is just common sense that people should be able to name him to avoid falling foul of the rules.

Again send offline, will answer here for this final time. There is such a thing called league runners discretion which may or may not be used. Naming him in two - three different teams gets no one anywhere as when pre season comes and if he still aint made up his mind all three may try to use him.
