Is there any way to fix this?

I get this at least once a day and have ever since the customer cues were added!

its a bug, nick has known for a while but its something what keeps cropping up.
once nick sees this he will probably leave a comment

I've only been on-line for about an hour and this has happened maybe 3-4 time already!
