Was it not 7 out of 7? If I remember rightly, the 7th day finished 0-0, so it went to sudden death and the next post won.

Staff are ahead by 3, there was a time in the game where clooneman changed the rules so that it would be a daily race, where staff got 6 of their wins from that.
