refusing to follow a captains/vices requests is something i will not tolerate. if a sub is made it should be honoured by clan members, whether you disagree or not.

right so tell me what to do when the vice was telling me to wait for him to make the sub so that astonished was subbed out and huts was fixture swapped.

whilst the other captain is telling me to sub in straight for huts and play.. something that i didnt agree with..

How do i win there jem?!?

Subs are unlimited Spoon so as Jem said Lee could and most likely would have been put into another game. The cam07 game was the focus of attention at the time so that is how i went about it focusing on that game.

It wasnt that i didnt wait for your guys' answer, i just noticed that after i had asked to join on sniper, you guy's signed somebody! saying you have a reliable player you want to bring in..idk who it was..and team was full at that point, so shooter's took me on!

if your captain asks you to do something you do it, thats why they are captain, to give instructions. nothing against kieran, he does a good job, but dex comes first.

its not the story im interested in, its not doing as asked by the captain that bothers me.

im concerned that you do not take instructions from dex seriously, since i am going to be having some time off to have my baby, i need to ensure that everyone is going to take instructions from dex with no issues.

honestly all this over a game

i can see where dex is coming from wanting the subs to get games done quickly as possible but i can also see where spoonie is coming from about huts.

an example, on snooker were in pre season friendly mode and i could have been subbed into carom for rank_stinger who was on daily at nighttime but Seb told me to wait until last couple days before subbing him out which paid off as stinger got his game played.

not having ago at anyone here as i believe your both right with what you think.

so just make up and stop acting like kids, Okay?
