Beth and Jess were banned for multi account using, this being a league matter league staff thought a ban was the best option for both accounts as either play could have been using either account to play games for eachother, considering they have both been in the same clans a number of times it would have been easy to cheat. Which is against FCL rules.
Before the ban i received a message from Jess arguing her case on the matter at hand, in that message she basically landed herself and Beth right in the deep end, she then deactivated. She reactivated a few hours later and again messaged me after the ban was in place and made the situation worse.
I have spoken to Beth about this and forwarded the messages to her, she has took the ban and is moving on.
If you would like to see them for yourself then i suggest you ask her, as head league runner i will not post the contents of those messages on the forum. The ban will stay in place and will not be lifted until the league thinks it should be.

so let me get this right? i have 3 daughters, jade, holly and sally, all of which have their own laptops, we all use talktalk wireless router, so only 1 is allowed to use funkypool?

? they were multi using? how can you prove who was using the machine? lol, its a joke jay, like i said in the earlier messages you refer too, if we were playing for money? then yes this would open up a argeument for your desicion. but since its a family site and played for fun, how can she be guilty untill proven? thats the law of this land?

No they should be banned from the league, like i have done.
Considering one of the messages i received admits to using each others accounts then yes it is 100% proven.
It is against the the rules of the league all i was doing was following they rules to the best of my abilities. You really do have some nerve slating me and decision i have made when you actually know 0% of what was said and sent back and forth.
End of discussion really, looks like you have more problems anyway with the rest of what you have said tonight. I like you a lot when you are not treating people weird and especially myself. Your a good guy and going through a rough time of it as of late so i can kind of understand.

I don't have the upper hand, i was following rules end of really mate. I agree you are entitled to your own opinion though.
To add to the above you talk about respect, i seem to remember the last time we had serious words all you did was disrespect me for an entire conversation.
Respect should be earned and not just handed out, regardless of that last conversation i still respect you as a man and as a player.
