open it in paint , select over whole photo , right click resize , 120 width 160 hight , then crop the space thats empty to the size of what you pic has gone to and then save as jpeg
that will work
Use this website - http://www.picresize.com - It's alot quicker and easier.
Upload the image. scroll down to section 2 and select Custom Size from drop down menu and type in 120 width and 160 hight. Make sure to select pixels and not percent

Me to , being a website designer/graphic designer i dont get much choice i have to use the best software out there because of new things coming out.Cinema 4d & photoshop are by far the best for me
