in premiership games, what leaves the pitch at half time, but does not re-enter for the 2nd half. If the game is played on a Saturday or sunday, it leaves directly afterwards, but if the game is played midweek it does not leave until the following day?

I thought it was to do with the ref as he gets put up in a hotel or something overnight for a midweek game where as otherwise he goes home.

And I also thought the question was what enters the field of play at half time etc...

Maybe very similar but very different questions..

I've heard this question before, can't remember where - something to do with the managers?

I'll have a go at them all being the same age?

i remember, all 4 managers were english

big ron, howard kendall, david pleat, no ideas who the other 1 was.
