In a world cup fixture vs brazil a certain country did not seem to know the rules of football.

Brazil were awarded a free kick around 10 yrds from goal.
The referee blew his whistle for the kick to take place and then a player in the wall of the opposing team ran out and blasted the ball upfield before even a brazilian player had moved to take the kick.
