You were right! (And I posted this yesterday but I dunno where it went...

I had to post (i.e. I had no idea, so I was gonna look up the answer and say nothing) because the record scoreline is not Stoke 5-0 (as mentioned on the previous page) (which they got against Bolton Wanderers last year) (and which was also done in 1882, Old Etonians 5-0 Marlow), but 6-0, which was Newcastle Utd's score against Fulham in 1908. Furthermore, a 5-goal win was enjoyed by Manchester City when they beat Aston Villa 6-1 in 1934.

There is one other 5-goal scoreline though alright, and it's a Midlands team as recs_a said.

The question as I see it either means "Which teams won 5-0 in FA Cup semi-finals" (which I haven't answered) or "Who has the record win in an FA Cup semi-final" (in which case Stoke is wrong).

Pretty sure they won it earlier than that, although I might be wrong... I'd be guessing at a year, and I'm gonna guess at the 1910's being the decade.
