Yep 9 or 10 depending on your interpretation of Russia/Ukraine.
9 it is, as the USSR's footballing "identity" was inherited by Russia.
And the current question; it was Coventry City, who lost 3-2 (I think) to Sutton Utd in 1989, just two short seasons after they had won the trophy. I love being full of useless info

Ah the question is the team has to be at home... Sorry... No idea, so I'll take a punt at Newcastle losing to Hereford back in the 70's, 1970 itself I think. Although I think someone already guessed Newcastle...
