i understand the eligible bit by why 21/4/12?? thats nearly 4weeks?

I will add 8ball_paul to your team later on tonight rocketweaz8, he is not eligible for any league games in the FCL until the 21/4/12. If you find someone and have a full team you can remove 8ball_paul from your FCL side until he becomes eligible though

i understand the eligible bit by why 21/4/12?? thats nearly 4weeks?
Like shadows said he only made his account on the 21st of this month - so one month from there is the 21st of April. Remember your account has to be one month old.
He is basically not going to be available to play in the FCL for the rest of the season as there is two fixture sets left after this one and the dates of them are:
SET 3
(1st April 2012 - 15th April 2012)
SET 4
(15th April 2012 - 29th April 2012)
As you can see he becomes eligible in the first week of set four but he can not take part as you need to be eligible from the start of a fixture to play.
