I think 3 frames each format 8us,9ball & 8uk that will be awesome here is why let say i got beat 5-0 on 8us then i already down 3-0 on nine ball now do you think i still wanna go for it in 8uk? No all i want is finished tbh 5 frames each i think is way to much that's why lots of ppl ether they quit or not finish the matches so im up for 3 frames each and straight pool that not a lot ppl likes it so think pointless have that in

i like the 3 frames of each and maybe a 5v5 so those not put in fcl get to play fpl for there team and can keep playing and they can then be subs for fcl and fbl i think it will keep teams playing.

If you are doing this you may aswell get rid of FBL.

At the moment im totally against this idea, FPL was a league run when i first started using funkypool, think was started by aflumpire back then. Was a good league but for it to be brought back wouldn't FBL have to go? 3 leagues could be so much hassle.

To let everyone have a say in what goes on in the league to will be utter hell in my opinion haha

How about something like the old days with clans of 5 people?
Will make it different from others.

People are saying this league wont work because of how it will be run maybe we need to look at different ideas for the running of this league, but i think i could work as we already have the backing of a few teams any ideas on the game types? and how defaults will form ? i want it to be run fairly and i want members to see what goes on with defaults nothing private ... You play in the league so why should anything be hidden from you ?

I agree I don't like hidden defaults.
I feel this should be 5 players in a clan and it should be reliable players, therefore the games will get played leaving no defaults.

Fpl Will start soon But i want teams and team list i will take the maximum size of a clan up to 16 players If any 1 wants to help out with the site give me a message and we will talk might not be on much as Dont have great access to the internet untill 10th of feb

the fpl that flumpy started - but didnt finish - was a brilliant format but because he was never on - nothing got updated......

a few voluteers then started a website and updating everything and it was brilliant fun - flumpy then returned laying a claim to everything and a lot of in house fighting then seen it disband

the format was best of 5 in 8uk, 8us, and 9us and 2 games of str8

there were bonus points for runs, seven ballings and run outs with playoffs at the end of the season - no promotion or relegation - was great fun to play in - but as i said - due to in fighting it stopped.

i have no doubt that if this format was started again - on a small scale of maybe 3 - 5 players per team - it could grow to be a very successful clan competition

thanks for taking into account the clan size increase... now that this has been done i think i will prefer to enter this league with my clan instead of FBL put crazy eights down to join
