Hello guys and dolls,
I would like to create a new clan, i have read the rules and i know it says stuff about being in a clan for at least a season, But i feel i can do this, Im confident, and im on here every day! so if its ok with everyone? i would like to invite people to my team to start next season.
I will arrange some freindly games as soon as i can.

02.matt0021 - Vice Captain
03.Open - Lieutenant General
04.Open - Major General
05.Open - Brigadier General
06.Open - Colonel
07.Open - Lieutenant Colonel

You don't need to post your new clan anywhere just now as the season is still going on.
You also need a full seasons experience to start a new clan and captain them in a season (which you dont)
matt0021 - plays with a clan just now, you need permission to name the player from the captain.

Doesn't matter how confident you are pal...you NEED a full season's experience...they're the rules as the League Runner has correctly pointed out.
And yeah, can't name other clan's players until season's over...I got in trouble for that last season

The rules were brought in after a few clans were established so the players of those clans HAD the experience to make the new clans.
Either way its the same rule for everyone nowadays, I don't make them but I gotta follow them. So you need to as well

nothing to stop you creating a clan but you cant be a captain in the league untill you have 1 seasons experience behind you,
This rule was brought in after the league was going for a few seasons, It gives players more of an understanding of how the clan league works before or if they decide to create their own clan

Google it. It's always OF2 (Officer 2) in the army. It can be OF5 in the navy.
