As the title suggests this thread is all about the use of artificial pitches in football league. Good or bad idea?

After looking through the articles i dont like the idea as it takes away the natural way of playing football and the realism of it isnt there for me.
but what do you guys think?

Dunfermline Athletic had an artificial pitch and there were quite a lot of complaints from other clubs that it was causing more injuries.
It was ripped up about a year later because nobody liked it
