After reading recent comments, i find it very interesting to say the least,that members have left because of the standard of some of the players i have brought in when this is clearly not true.
We have some great players in the team,and i do not feel that i need to consult with any other member if i sign a new player,maybe ask advice, yes, but permission no.
Players can be hard to find, and dont always join a team because people ask them to,other teams do the same, and there are not millions of players out there.
Of course it would be great if we could win the league,and what kind of capt would i be if i said i wasnt bothered?But to me the main thing is players try their best, and enjoy their games.
One thing that i will not tolerate is petty squabbling and arguments, whether it be within the clan or with other clan members,as members of the mouseketeers know, and when i see a player doing this as well as refusing to play any fixture games i feel i have no option but to remove them from the team.
i am aware that i cannot keep everyone happy with my decisions within the team,but unfortunately i cannot please everybody, and i think that those who do know me will know that i will try my best within the team ensure my players are happy, and support each other win or lose.
As far as i am concerned, this is now the end of the matter,
