FCL has a transfer window before season begins thats the extra week.

next sunday is 6th november, i think you mean THIS sunday on the 30th.
already announced the transfer window now, plus i still got to do draw and schedule everyone is happy with which could take a few days also gives a chance for TPA members to find someone to play in the league.

its FCL tradition to have one before the event begins, as i didn't do one before pre friendlies (i intended to but had a lot on my mind) i decided to do it now before the actual league starts.
will give me a chance to revamp the site and get everything ready.
