if your entering the league your breaking both but if you don't enter league you won't be warned/suspended/banned as it wouldn't be FCL related, outside the league its the staff's job not mine.

If not, it needs to be in the rules then. =(

Like i said, i havent entered the league not a month old, was never going get to a month old as if you half decent and win games people notice accounts than if you dont win games people are less likely to notice arent they. hence i was bound to win more than i lose hence was bound to get banned
