if Hardware Acceleration is sealed then need a little bit of luck.

If Hardware Acceleration does work ONLY change it to NONE when you want to record as when you do recording is better than not recording.

i know jay but try it anyway, if hardware acceleration is sealed try the vista one.

i know its for camtasia but same principle.

ive not experienced it on windows 7 so not sure on a solution but try it anyway

Doesnt matter ive uninstalled it now, not worth the time and effort
