this is why the seasons experience is brought in for FCL, it makes sure that a captain knows how a team runs and how players need to be treated

Owen-as a captain (especially of a new clan), one of the most important things you have to remember is that winning isn't everything.

You have to treat all members the same, regardless of how good at pool they are-make sure everyone gets games and once you agree that someone can join, do not go back on your word, otherwise people will start to think you aren't up to the job and you may not be able to get players in or players may leave.

It's better to have a team of willing players who aren't great at pool than a team full of great players who don't care. Fortunately, you have a mix of great, willing players-not all are on the same level, but they are all good players in their own right, you included.

It's all about respect. I appreciate you are young, but keep that in mind. You are in a great position with a great clan to show all those who have doubted you that you can do well-stick with it, but be fair to all your players.

That's my bit of advice, anyway. Stick with it!
