I think for each player involved in a tournament TournaPoints should be increased on each player.

At the moment i believe its 20 Tournapoints for every one player that joins a tournament.

I think for each player TournaPoints should increase up to 40 for each player.

I remember back in the day when TournaPoints first became available there were between 1000-1500 TournaPoints up for grabs for each tournament played day or night!

2 different subjects that tie in there the one Nick agreed needed sorting and still hasn't done (hint hint) is so tournapoints take into account the frames played.
At the moment it's only the number of entrants so you get the same points for winning 3 frames in a micro as you do winning 12 frames in a marathon with the same amount of people.
I think when nick eventually implements that rule it will get more people playing the tournaments again instead of micros and we will see the bigger totals up for grabs that 17_m wants too.

I like the more points for more frames idea, but the later you wait to do it, the more unfair it will be to anyone who already has points. (If the amount of points you can win goes up, the old totals would become easier to break)

true, i quite look pool tournapoints, its got a lot of variety and not just focused on a single game type like another site that i know.

gives anyone equal chance to win as they can enter their favourite type.

Agree with the increase in Tournapoints per entry as this will make the longer tournaments(straight and marathons) more worth while.


Correct! This is obviously due to the vast increase of tournaments added to the game.

For example: Half of the entries who would have joined the hourly tournament are most probably still involved in the remaining tournament in play. Basically overlapping.
