is everybody seem to be getting disconnected and kicked off the site because i was in a tournament and nearly all the people in the site was kicked out hte tournament and off the site and happened 3 times to me and its really annoying is there anything that can be sorted out about it?

only nick can but he cant switch hosts every other day.

We've actually had 2 distinct problems over the last few days. The first were problems caused by the database (I'm about 90% sure). So today I performed a restart including the database (this is the first database restart for about a year). In any case, I am keeping an eye on this but it seems resolved.

Additionally today there have been intermittent network problems over the last couple of hours.

the premium cue keeps disrupting games,freezing for a good 10secs before shot takes place,cant they all be turned off?

Or maybe instead just fixing them would be a better solution?

Last night server was down from around 4am, i went to sleep at about 6am and it was still down.

I got disconnected in 8UK tournament semi final last night, happends alot through the week my connections is 5 star too but i get kicked anyway. Kind of annoying now

Same as me but it was a final at 4-4. Just now had a lag with two shots made sure i pulled the mouse back and foward as i know there's a huge lag going at it rolls as if i tried tapping up behind a ball.... Another dog easy tourny lost because of this lag really starting to annoy me....


Maybe the fact the site has changed so much since the original days that it starts to become packed up - afterall i've played around 7years and since then this has been the worst it has been for sure.

You think it could be the amount of tournaments being run around the clock could be making it do this?

could be a numermous amount of things - can't pin point exactly what it is until they do some research into it
