When I was working for Lloyds TSB, they said I wouldn't need to worry about my first quarter sales target, as I was only new. (Started 8th October) the new quarter started 1st October. I was already 8days down. Then had training up in London for a week. Then had to be trained on the systems, which normally would take 6 weeks, and overall after 5 weeks I was working on my own. Plus by 31st December, I hit 110% of my target, first time in history of the company that has ever happened!!

6 quarters I was there, including my first one, I came in the top 10 of the south of England sales in twice (4th, 8th)

Na, I always go by the book, Lloyds didn't like that.
