Theres been a league discussion going on about who can post subs, captains have the decision on how they want it done in their clan and we have decided the following, the reason for week 2 is so we can ask subs to watch out for opponents and sub in if needed.

Week 1 - Captains and Vice only to post subs
Week 2 - All players can post subs

My opinion on this is that only captains and vice captains should only post subs. It just makes it a whole lot more organised and easier to keep track.

All players can post subs in week 2, its only for when captain/vice asks subs to watch out for opponents and sub in, we might ask a sub to watch out for 1 or 2 opponents, helps get games played, we did it that way last time round with MVP and it worked pretty good.
