Kev you always said both captains had to agree to fixture swap and this rule was never discussed by league runners so surely the swap is invalid..

kev look on discussion please, we need to reword the rules as not everything is covered, as is the problem here as it doesnt mention if captains has to approve or not and same with the 1 season experience, does previous experience on other names count?

also naming rule about captains giving permission that needs rewording so people are aware if they can name by captains permission.
