how do i put a picture in the forums into about me if ive saved it?

you need the forum code, which picture are ya thinking of?

the one from race to 25 that punisher put in the events thread

what you do is...

For Forum Pics

- right click image
- press copy link location/URL
- paste into a new post
- highlight the text
- press image tag
- press ok
- and post

For Uploading

- open http://www.imageshack.us/
- browse image
- select size
- upload
- follow forum steps above to upload a pic to the forum

if its wrong you can always edit it

when i right click it theres only a copy

Try clicking "Properties". that will give you the link to the picture, plus other info like file size and resolution.
