5 man straight league here, but with a twist! But firstly, I will only let players in who have been at least 800 and have had a few 30+ runs (As this is the main part of the league). I still may reject you if you satisfy these conditions depending on the amount wanting to join (only 5 currently to keep it simple enough to run.)
So, you play each player once in the league, 4 frames. 1 point per frame won, 1 point for overall win (0 for a tie). However, the main concentration is on runs, and the breakdown of points for them follows.
30-39 = 1 point
40-49 = 2 points
50-59 = 3 points
60-69 = 4 points
70-79 = 5 points
80-89 = 6 points
90-99 = 8 points
100-149 = 10 points
150+ (doubt it!!) = 20 points
If someone gets a 200+ run you can have 1,000 points
May tweak these slightly, but it will be along the lines for that!
So if you win 3-1 with runs of 30 and 62, you score 2 for the frames, 1 for overall win, and 5 for the runs, so you would score a total of 8 points.

I'll add another rule!
If you nil someone in a frame or less (Like 40-0, or 50 - (-1)) then you gain a bonus 3 points!
