i had this argument last season, we had people refusing to play and asked to be subbed out cos they didnt like the person they had to play. we were told that you can sub in and out for any reason you want to, so now if any of my players have preferences who they would or wouldnt like to play, i let them swap around

i use to tell them what is the point in putting your 8 players forward then the only reason the swap came in cause of time zone with players

think swappin is right for gettingames played if accepted by both parties, dont think it right ta pick who u wanna play,

but wot if other team was also doin that cud mean no games get played as they might wanna swap back??

i didnt make the rules, i was actually against it, but if everyone else is doing it then i am too

usually a timezone/reliability issue.

if anyone subs for a more favourable fixture then the league runners may deem their rights to cancel a sub at any time if its appropriate.

we let the swap stick this time as the game was played and was no need to take it further, dextr's intention was noble but you had the right to cancel the swap also which you did not do so as the game got played.

league runners only tend to step in if really needed (e.g. more favourable fixture).
