think its about time ( imo ) something was done about the rising cost of insurance premiums
doesnt affect me personally but after viewing programmes and doing some research recently there is no doubt we are getting absolutely ripped off big time ( not as if i didnt already know)
imo its time we all started contacting our MP , government , house of lords , parliment etc to let them know we are unwilling to accept this no more
maybe we could get an online petition going and get it signed ( as well as posted on other social networking sites ) and get it sent to the relevant authorities
let them know we are unwilling to pay through the nose because of uninsured <motorists> on the road
why should the law abiding citizen have to componsate for these <people> ?

It's partly to do with uninsured drivers, but also because of the huge increases in "Crash For Cash" scams - where people pay other people to deliberately crash into their cars. As long as that kind of insurance scam is prevalent then premiums will continue to rise.
