8.7 League exclusion for multiple defaults
Any player adjudged to be the cause of two defaults will incur a fixture ban of 1 or more depending on the severity of the default. This will be at the discretion of the league hosts.

Any team adjudged to be the cause of three or more defaults in a single fixture, twice, will be excluded from the league and all results will be removed. This will be at the discretion of the league hosts.

Those will only occur is your at the fault for the default, if its your opponent is at fault it doesn't apply.
