U talk about warnings.. My acount 9ballsniper got banned on first rule broken. No warning at all, im over it now obviously but, i forgot who just said it, but i should have got a warning maybe... And dont even think the guy who called me the racist word that got me banned, even got banned .

Please let us know. Then we can do something about it.

don't see the point of this im a maniac at getting banned i do it alot, however the one thing i do disagree on is they take into account previous users you have been on.

Fair enough i understand you'll argue it's the same person - but surely being banned first time for swearing if you've been banned before therefore means the "warning" policy shouldn't be in place and everyone should be banned first time for swearing; afterall never know what they might continue to do

To be honest as spinner says nobody gets banned first time unless its racial or sexuall offensive behaviour .. everyone gets warnings and if they continue then booting then if booted regularly then banned so i think the thread is a tad pointless as things are already in place to not ban people straight away really .. mods and admin do their level best.

I have...it was a very long time before I became a moderator.

But what this comes down to is enjoyment of the game and website. We don't want people who are going to be serial pests and destroy other people's enjoyment to be around, so bannings are put in place.

As everyone else has said, if you don't break the rules then you won't be banned. There are rules to be followed, and they are not that hard to follow.

In my personal opinion, if you break the rules and you are caught and subsequently banned; then too bad!

however flumpy, i do not agree on the fact that those previously banned get banned within the first 2 miss uses of the site since the return whereas others can sit there and get 5+ warnings before anything is done even a daily boot.

If you speak to mods and admins on your return they will tell you you are already on a final warning, it has happened to me and I toned it down since and had no problems (previously mich and many others to those who don't know).

You know swearing etc is against the rules as it is meant to be a family site so don't start crying about facing the consequences. If you are big enough to break the rules be prepared to face the concequences. Even more so when you have previously been banned.

OK we're heading off topic and the fantasies (polite way of saying blatant lies) are getting more and more exaggerated as it goes.

Not surprising - in all my years on the site I have yet to see someone admit the real reason they were banned, some genuinely don't seem to understand!

The facts are simple :

Nobody gets banned except as a very last resort.

The rules are clear and every user agrees to them when signing up, so it says an awful lot for the intelligence of someone who can't even stick to some basic rules THEY THEMSELVES agree with, even when reminded and warned!
