our captain wasnt exactly in the right either lol.
Subs are a completely unrelated issue (even though I don't think it's an issue at all).

just current bonus system 20 points per win i feel its too much and even if you lose by 2 points your 22 behind etc then not much way of coming back.

10 for win, 10 for no defaults will give each clan a chance to fight back even if you only lose by 2 points

Does sound like a good proposition.

Currently a draw sits at 10 points, would that be reduced to 5?

sounds fair

However though if you have 10 points for no bonuses and only 5 points for a draw, is that right? Just throwing things out there to consider.

Say for example in another sport, eg. Football. 3 pts for a win, 1 for a draw but then you award 2 for no yellow cards per say, is the 2 points for the yellow cards not right because it's greater than the 1 awarded for the result of the match. If you catch my drift, if not ignore that lol

think ill ignore it

yeah i know, i meant because our captain subbed out a player who was active for a player who wasn't so active at the time (for good reasons) so defaults team could have classed it as tactical subbing in which i agree it should be irrelevant but some cases it could be used against you if you see my point

James would a zero tolerance policy on people that are attempting to influence a result be suitable? Straight suspension?

Yes, but still completely different issue than trying to make your players not play a game.

if a strong case is against the offender when i would say yes,, however long for, defaults team and league runners would have to agree (like 2 fixtures or something as an example)

but in this case nothing needs to be done as game got played eventually.

As long as there is plenty of time left in the fixture shouldn't be anything wrong with a tactical sub.
What annoys me is when your player makes the running for 13 days and on the last day, or last hours the other team bombard you with requests for a sub.
That's tactical too they avoid the quality player hoping to get a lesser player subbed in at the last minute.

yeah i know its not, if Seb wants to send the evidence to kev, he can if he wishes and up to kev if the time is right for a punishment and if so will contact me to discuss a suitable punishment.

until then we can't do much about it if the Prosecutor (Seb) doesn't want to press charges against the Accused (Craig)

I am glad however that for once someone was smart enough to do screenshots as written evidence is not enough in some cases.

ok kirk did then

the complaints committee seems like a good idea, we have it on snooker but we never have to use it as we only have minor things over there like disconnecting etc.

Well how is it formed? 'cos way i see it it'd need to be 4-5 people that aren't involved in a clan, but still have some sort of interest in clans themselves...

^thats quite hard to come by

lol!!! We are certainly not unbiased. However, on issues like this, the teams involved would probably get no say. We would rely on the players with other clans.
But as dgen said, nothing has come up so far.
