I was never biased everything i did was discussed at length with helpers i had at time who were very helpful to say the least.

I dont see point in being biased you need to be fair across the board too all involved.

This thread is for league discussion is it not? The only people that you should be believing is the league runners am I not right? Otherwise what is the point in having them?

Sam, there's been plenty of arguments about this, no matter what's been said and how much Steph's tried to show how there hasn't been any bias, trying to include as many people as possible and making it as transparent as she could, there's always been those like you who've not been satisfied.

You said yourself, the league's been running well for 13 odd seasons, the majority of which has been with Steph at the head of it. A little contradictory, don't you think to then say she's been biased?

Your last post doesn't instill any trust in the league runners at all...also, you never believed Steph as league runner, did you?

They are the only ones that have as much of the facts as possible yes? Which means that their knowledge of the league should be greater than others, otherwise what is the point in league runners? IMO a league runner should be someone who has extensive knowledge of the rules, and the way the league should be run. Am I not right in saying that our current league runners do in fact have the knowledge required? If they dont, and they don't know how to run the league then they should be removed, as they areth people that captains go to for questions to be answered and problems to be solved.

I'll be honest, I wouldn't go to the current league runners for help with rules, I make a point of getting to know the rules on the website, they are written and should stand, unfortunately thats not quite been the case over the last few seasons and everyone knows that.

Screams to me kev doesnt like mvp hense the warning that hasnt been removed now he knows ant said it was fine to name the players they have joining.

The only way they can get their facts though is through other people or through what has been posted-so they may know a bit more about the rules (but not necessarily everything, especially since the rules are carried over from season to season as new league runners come in/go.

It's not like they can know everything that goes on across clans, or can expect every situation that could arise, which is why this thread is here-if a situation occurs that they hadn't anticipated, they can make a ruling and it can then be discussed by those involved in clans and decided upon thereafter. The rules are written and should be stuck to (in that I agree with Alan-I'd go read the rules first, then go to this thread to publicly discuss them if there was an issue).

The more input from those involved and the more they were listened to, the better the league would run.

And that's fair enough, but to dismiss the current league runners as completely believable despite there being issues at the moment is laughable, whereas when issues concerned you in the past you were amongst those that jumped on the league runners at the time.

Please also note, I am not having a personal attack on anyone-and let's not have the thread go that way. It will lead to even more arguing, more distrust and an inefficient league.

Every captain has the right to refuse permission, yes I think it's petty, yes I think the rules should be changed where it's either you allow all or none. However... If the rules have been agreed by more than one person that it is acceptable to selectively choose who has permission and who doesn't, you can't complain about it. I agree with it being perhaps petty or childish, but it's within the current set of rules which means, until the rules are changed which won't be until at least next season, there is no point complaining about it !

Steph as I've said countless times before, from purely a captain's point of view, the clans that have showed me respect have had the respect reciprocated in terms of me allowing them to name my players.

As a league runner, respect shouldn't come into it, you should be totally removed from all the clans as far as how you feel about them goes.

Vi as I pointed out in reference to Alan, I can't blame him for defending his team, or arguing to support his team, as yes I would do the same as a y other captain would.

I said from a captain's point of view, did you miss that?

Did you miss Steph's post though? Not on about your players, on about Ant's...

MVP runners would've shown respect and plenty of it if someone said " I have now had it clarified by antione08 that MVP had permission to name players" then dropped the warning.

Can't blame a captain for standing up for his clan when he knows hes right.
