some days that has happened to me and my freeview is built in to my TV. I keep trying it as sometimes there are different things that are interfering with the signal. After a couple of attempts it does work again.

However, the use of good English should be used in your posts, especially for an appropriate title such as 'Freeview Problem' so people know what you are talking about cause some people may not understand text speak

I recently had that problem when I moved into my new house. I wasn't getting 4Music, Viva, Sky News, BBC 3 and most of the radio stations. I was advised to get someone to check if the ariel was digital. It wasn't digital, so I got a new digital one installed and can now get all of the channels.

Remember the UK are currently switching over to digital TV and turning analogue off, so that could be the reason why.
