Craig, you're usually the first to jump on anyone's back for continuing an argument on your thread when it's not their clan, yet you're doing it right here. Take your advice and rather than arguing about a matter that only concerns Dextr the captain on their thread, do so on your own or through a PM.

I've only been in this clan for 5 mins and i have to say that i am wondering why the hell i bothered joining any clan, cos all i've seen so far is a bunch of kids argueing, and backstabbing going on left right and centre!

Leave us out as an example please mate we've had players poached 'continuously' and have always done the right thing morally and pursued free agents only to replace them.
We've signed 10 players since last season and only warcriminal was from another team and he messaged me to say he was going to ask to be released could he join us if kenny ok'd it.
There might not be anything in the rules about persuing other teams players but some people won't lower themselves to others levels so you can't group those 2 transfers you have used in your example together.
