I don't really know the deal here but im pretty sure dex wasnt trying to break the rules or steal your players i think it was more of a mix up. Also the way the shooters acted upon this as far as i know which isnt much but i know how huts was with me when i had no idea about the situation of course it was going to get dexter's back up. It takes two to tango.

yes its been a big confusion but dextr is gonna find whether a rule is u cant join another clan inless there in divison 1 when your in division 2 . which is what doubted2s been saying.

No, you can only leave your current clan if your captain has released you on the team changes thread. If he hasnt you are not free to join another clan.

I think the main confusion was if shooters were folded or not, easy to get mixed up.
